  • Why are your prices higher than most other companies?

    We bundle in security and performance features most other website hosting companies don’t give you.

    We also don’t charge extra for backup storage space or migration.

    You’re getting fantastic value! For a similar feature set, you might be paying 5 times more.

  • Do you offer a non-profit discount?

    Yes, for charities and educational institutes, we offer a 10% discount on our ‘3 sites’ plan and a 20% discount on our ’10 sites’ plan.

  • Can I pay in my local currency, bank transfer or PayPal?

    We’re looking into more currency options on our billing page.

    Contact us if you need to pay via bank transfer or PayPal – we will send you an invoice with our business bank account details.

  • Are my credit card and financial details safe?

    We use stripe.com for payment processing. No credit card details are ever seen or stored by any of our systems, and our entire website is encrypted with SSL security.

    You can pay securely with Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

  • Am I locked in? What happens if I want to cancel?

    All our plans are paid upfront on an annual basis, but you are not locked in.

    As a new customer, if you are in the first 30 days and wish to cancel, we will refund your hosting subscription (domain names cannot be refunded).

    After 30 days, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund of any whole remaining months.

    For example, if you subscribed on 17 February, and cancelled on 3 April March, you would be charged for 3 months (Feb, Mar & Apr), and eligible for the equivalent of 9 months of your subscription fee.

    Remember, refunds can take up to a month to show up on your credit or bank account.
